Cancellation and Refund Policy for Propetis.com:

We strive to provide high-quality leads and a dedicated manager to assist you throughout the process. Before you make a purchase, please carefully read and understand our cancellation and refund policy outlined below.

1. Cancellation Policy:


Once the payment is made for a lead campaign, the development of the campaign commences immediately. Therefore, we do not offer cancellation for any lead campaign once the payment has been processed.

2. Refund Policy:


a. No Refunds for Commenced Campaigns: As the lead campaign development starts immediately after payment, we do not offer refunds once the campaign has commenced.

b. Refund Eligibility:
i.) Defective Leads: If you receive leads that do not meet the minimum criteria or are determined to be defective, you must notify us within three (3) business days from the date of receiving the leads. We will investigate the issue and, if found valid, we will replace those leads with new ones.

ii.) Duplicate Leads: If you receive duplicate leads, please notify us within three (3) business days, providing evidence of the duplication. We will verify the issue and refund the cost of the duplicate leads.

iii.) Non-Delivery of Leads: In the unlikely event that we fail to deliver the purchased leads within the specified timeframe, you may be eligible for a refund. Please contact our customer support team for assistance in such cases.

3. Lead Conversion Guarantee:


While we thoroughly verify and qualify the leads before sharing them with you, we do not guarantee the conversion of leads into successful transactions. Lead conversion is dependent on various factors beyond our control, including your sales efforts, market conditions, and customer preferences. Therefore, we do not offer refunds or guarantees for leads that fail to convert into successful deals.

4. Dedicated Manager:


We are committed to providing you with the best possible service. Your dedicated manager will assist you throughout the campaign and address any concerns or questions you may have.
